Returns policy

At Canopus Farms we aim to provide our customers with a great quality product. All products are checked over before being sent. However if for some reason you are not satisfied with our product then please let us know and we will be more than happy to work something out. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or re-distribution should it not comply with our refund policy or terms and conditions. We also reserve the right to only offer a part refund or redistribution for the damaged item or part item. Please read the item description carefully as we do not refund or re-distribute items for wrongly purchased items or where the item has clearly meet the description requirements.

Delivery process and timeframes

As we are based in rural NSW and a good 20kms from the nearest post office we will aim to ship your order within 5 business days from payment.  If needing your order quickly then please get in contact and we can arrange express post at an extra cost. Please then allow extra time for delivery. We post our items through Australia post so please see their website for estimated delivery times. Please allow 14 business days before contacting us for re-dispatch or refund.

Refunds

Canopus farms only accept refunds in the following situations. When a product has been damaged prior to delivery. A product is not as described in the description on this website or when an order has been filled incorrectly.

Please keep in mind. Beeswax wraps are made of wax and will start to melt in high temperatures. So please do not leave in letterboxes for long periods of time especially in summer.

Returns process

In order to receive a refund or re-dispatch the item must be returned in original unused condition within 10 days of refund request along with proof of purchase.
