THINGS YOU DIDN’T KNOW
Beeswax and jojoba oil are both anti-bacterial, helping to keep your food safe. This waxy mix of ingredients still result in a breathable food cover allowing food to stay fresher for longer without the use of plastics.
Ever had a jar that’s hard to open? You tried using a tea towel or a knife and still no luck? Well not to worry you can use your beeswax wrap to help you get a GRIP on the pesky jar and you will have the contents out in not time without the frustration. Once finished, just wipe the lid clean and you’re good to go.
CARING FOR YOUR WRAPS
In order for you to get the full life out of your wrap wash your wrap with soapy water following use and allow to fully dry before putting away. You should get 6-12 months out of your wraps depending on how often you use them. Once your wrap no longer seems to be sticky you may want to consider refreshing your wrap with one of our refresh blocks. Otherwise all the materials in these wraps are 100% compostable and will break down in your garden compost bin.
NOTE
For health and safety reasons do not use wraps to cover meat, eggs or fish and keep away from any heat sources including hot water or the beeswax will melt.
If you are unhappy with your product or it is not what you expected PLEASE get in contact and I will do my best to re-fund, exchange or fix the problem. If you don’t ask, we can’t help.
DELIVERY
Orders will be sent within 5 business days from the time the order is placed. As we are posting from rural NSW please allow a few extra days. If you need your order sooner please get in contact and we can arrange for express postage at extra cost.
